Eligibility

The 'Coke Zone' Promotion is open to consumers aged 12 (twelve) years or over who are residents of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland), the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man only (CI and IoM web entry only). Employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, agents and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion may participate to a lifetime limit of 2000 points. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any application that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.

An individual must have a unique, valid email address to create an account. Limit 1 Account per person, 5 Accounts per household and 10 Accounts per physical address. The person who is the authorised email account holder of the email address indicated when registering must provide date of birth information when registering for an Account and will be deemed to be the Member. It is the responsibility of members under 18 years of age to have parental approval to register and participate in Coke Zone.

Applications from trade customers or any consumer group or third party will not be accepted.

Purchase Conditions

Purchase required. The Promotion is available on specially marked packs of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero and on selected flavour variations made by Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd. while stocks last.

Code availability

Codes are issued on a time-limited basis and will expire at the end of the month containing the best before date of the relevant product.

Codes are laser-etched or printed directly on the bottle behind the label, printed on the reverse of the ringpull of single 330ml cans or as otherwise specified on the product. Each code has a point value. 330ml single cans and 375ml bottles will carry a code worth a minimum of 1 point, 500ml bottles will carry a code worth a minimum of 2 points, 1.75L and 2L bottles will carry a code worth a minimum of 3 points. Codes can also be found on 10 or 12 can fridge packs of 330ml cans. Both fridge packs will carry a code worth a minimum of 10 points. The codes on these fridge packs are printed inside the cardboard packaging. Codes may also be found on other Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero and on selected flavour variations promotional packaging from time to time at the discretion of the promoter. See promotional packs for details of where to find codes on these packs. Points may be saved and exchanged for rewards. The number of points required for each reward is displayed on 'Coke Zone' at www.cokezone.co.uk.

How to participate

How to participate

Go to the website at www.cokezone.co.uk and register. You can also register using Facebook Connect via the button on the registration form. You must be 13 years old and above and have a Facebook account, to use the Facebook Connect functionality.

Enter your code found on the bottle (or other packaging as specified) for validation at either the 'Coke Zone' website or mobile site or via SMS to 88555 (standard rates apply).

When you have collected sufficient points, you can choose how to spend them. For example you may wish to save your points to your personalised account for later use or you may wish to spend points immediately. Points will be deducted from your account upon confirmation of a redemption for a Reward, Prize Draw or Instant Win entry.

Points can only be earned, held or redeemed as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any other use, including sales, exchange or transfer of points or any attempt to do so, is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You must save the product packaging and/or promotional item with official code for at least 90 days after the date that you redeem an item online as it may be necessary to submit it later for verification. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof, including but not limited to, the product packaging or promotional item, and the right to request proof that the Code was obtained in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter's decisions regarding the awarding of points are final and binding. If validated codes are subsequently determined to be invalid for any reason they will be disqualified and the corresponding points will be removed from your account.

Any attempts to enter multiple invalid codes will result in the relevant account being frozen for 24 hours. Any accounts deemed to be in breach of the terms and conditions or repeated frozen accounts will be seen as fraudulent attempts to hack into the Website or undermine the promotional integrity and will be investigated. The Promoter may freeze your account pending or during the investigation, and your account may be deleted if we are concerned for the Website's security and the integrity of the promotion. The Promoter's decision to freeze and/or delete any account is final. If your account has been deleted, you will forfeit the use of the points, will not be able to re-open it and will not therefore be able to participate in the promotion any further.

The Promoter reserves the right to limit the number of points which may be claimed over any given period. Effective as of 29.07.09. The maximum number of points which can be claimed from PIN code entry is 50 points per week (running from 00:00:00 each Monday to 23:59:59 on Sunday). Bonus points from on-site activity are unaffected. The Promoter reserves the right to limit the 'Coke Zone' point lifespan.

You should keep confidential any codes, passwords or other personal details. We will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of your points.

Points expiry

POINTS WILL EXPIRE AFTER 90 DAYS OF THE LAST LOG-IN OR CODE ENTRY. Your point balance will be wiped to zero if you have not logged in or entered a code on your account in the past 90 days. You will be sent a warning via email or SMS.

Account management and closing accounts

Regular account management information will be sent to you via email or SMS.

Accounts can be closed or deleted by official request to 'Coke Zone' customer care on freephone number 0800 028 8038, open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding US Bank Holidays).

Accounts will be closed after 12 months of the last log-in or code entry. Accounts can be reactivated by contacting 'Coke Zone' customer care within 16 months of the last log-in or code entry. Please refer to website for details.

Rewards

Reward and Prize Draw delivery and alternative

Please allow 28 days for reward and Prize Draw delivery. Physical rewards and paper vouchers will only be sent to a GB, CI or IoM address which you have given us, excluding PO BOX.

Mobile rewards will be delivered to the mobile linked to your account. To link your mobile, please follow the instructions on the website.

Digital rewards must be redeemed either directly on the website at the time of redemption or sent to the account holder email address. Please check the specific reward details. The speed at which your digital or mobile reward downloads will depend on your internet or data connection.

Rewards and Prizes should be checked and any claims made within 72 hours of receipt. If tickets are received by courier, they must be opened in the presence of the courier to ensure the contents are correct before they are signed for. Any claims in relations to an event should be made at least a week before the event date. Any faulty item should be reported to the customer care line on freephone number 0800 028 8038, open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding US Bank Holidays), and returned within 28 days of delivery.

Rewards are as stated and no alternatives are generally available. They are available only to the account holder and are subject to availability, and the terms and conditions specified. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equal or greater value.

Certain rewards and all prizes will be limited to 1 per account, 5 per household, 10 per physical address. The promoter reserves the right to limit the total number of rewards and prizes to be claimed by account if it is deemed excessive or to be in breach of the programme's fairness.

Limitations of liability

Limitations of liability. Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Promoter, its employees or agents, neither the Promoter, its employees nor its agents assume any responsibility or liability for:

  • Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
  • Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this Promotion.
  • Any system failures on the website or at the handling house.
  • Any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion, although we will endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of such failure.
  • Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion.
  • Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof through dial up, broadband, mobile internet or data connections.
  • Any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of software or reward as part of the Promotion.
  • Any defects or quality issues with software or download or other mobile rewards.
  • The content of the software or download or any other mobile rewards if, for any reason the Promotion or website is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer, virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
  • Any harm or loss suffered as a result of failing to comply with any instructions issued by the manufacturer of a reward or failing to exercise due care.
  • Any other matter outside of our reasonable control.
  • You acknowledge that the Promoter is not a party to any contract you may enter into with the supplier of a reward or prize. For example, if you obtain a discount for a purchase or subscription through Coke Zone your contract for that purchase or subscription will be with the supplier and not with the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part at any time including, for the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation of any unredeemed points. We will endeavour to give you 30 days' notice of this or, if less, as much notice as we reasonably can.

Please note that in processing data and rewards claims the Promoter may disclose your information to other companies in its group or to third parties used by the Promoter and its affiliates.

Instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the reward.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably required. We will endeavour to give you 30 days' notice of this or, if less, as much notice as we reasonably can.

The Terms and Conditions are for this Promotion only. Any other promotion that may be on the site is separate and may have additional Terms and Conditions that apply.

Conduct of participation: Participants agree to be bound by these official Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

  5. Standard network text rates apply for text entry, typically 10p to 12p. Texts may not be included in any bundle of free texts, text package and/or talk plan. Please check with your network operator. Please ensure you have the permission of the person who pays the mobile bill before entering via text.   6. Sending a SMS message or entering your promotional code online is not proof that your promotional code has been successfully received and verified. Once a code has been verified, you will receive a confirmation message on-screen if you entered online, or via text if you entered on a mobile. The message will confirm that you have been entered into the next available draw. Consumers will not be charged for receiving the confirmation SMS and should receive this confirmation text within 5 minutes. From time to time, this may take longer due to operator traffic which is beyond The Promoter’s control.
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any SMS messages that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.

  4. If you are unable to read your promotional code on pack, or it is incomplete, please contact our consumer helpline on 0800 0288038. Our lines are open from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (calls from a landline are free, but calls from mobiles may incur additional operator charges).
  5. Promotional codes are only valid until midnight on 02/07/13. After this date all unregistered promotional codes will be invalid for use in this promotion. Codes are unique and can only be entered once. Once entered all promotional codes will be rendered void for further entry attempts. Any attempt to enter a promotional code more than once will disqualify entry and any prize award will be forfeited. Daily Draws

  1. There are 30,240 draws during the promotional period from 9am on 27/02/13 until 9pm on 09/04/13 (inclusive), with 720 draws taking place each day. There is one Marc Jacobs bag available to be won in each draw. If there are no entries made during a minute draw the prize will be forfeited.
  2. Each entrant can enter as many times as they wish with a valid promotional code but each promotional code can only be entered once for one chance to win. Each entrant is only eligible to win one Marc Jacobs bag.

  1. All participants to the promotion entering via Coke Zone online will receive access to an exclusive video of a Marc Jacobs interview. This is streamed content which is accessible on the Coke Zone website on any Coke Zone account that has entered the prize draw.
  2. Users entering the promotion via Coke Zone SMS will be sent a web link to the content with confirmation of entry, which can be used to view the video up to three times.

  1. In the event of a participant’s mobile and/or contact telephone number changing and/or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile and/or contact number.
